Hato Viejo Boutique Resort, a private resort and working farm on Panama’s PacificCoast is designed for the nature traveler seeking the comforts of a resort lifestyle.

Each of the 5 Villas, 14 individual units are carefully placed on the 300-acre resort for optimum privacy. Natural walkways will lead guests over ponds and through native tropical gardens. The resort’s Social Area (Clubhouse), will house a restaurant, 2300 squre foot pool, with swim up bar, a separate children’s pool, the spa, a private reserve dining room, an al fresco bar, a lounge and casual dining area.

Meticulously crafted with woods  and local stone from the farm, the 570+-square-foot junior suites will feature a master bedroom with living room and mini kitchenette open on to a private patio. The standard rooms will be of 440 +- square feet with large bath mini

There are three dining options: the Epicurean Restaurant, The Piquenet.

Epicurean

Contemporary Central America Provencial Cuisine serving a small a la carte menu and a 5 course meal every evening.   Open from 7.00 am – 11.30 am  6.30 pm - 10.00 pm

The Piquenet

A snack bar with the premium Coffee of Panama being the main protagonist (center stage) where Classic drinks are served as well as a healthy combination of fresh tropical fruits of Panama and spices of the East and concoctions to enlighten the palates.

Lunch often served in the Palapa with classic a la carte snack choices and a 4 course daily menu. Open from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm

Trinidad Spa Services

Guided by the ancient Indian philosophy of healing, the Spa service  with a Shirodara Room that offers a full range of massages, facials and other body treatments. Open daily 12 hours per day.

Arrival & Departure

Check in is at 2:00pm, arrangements may be made to accommodate early arrivals.  Checkout is 12 PM (noon). Complimentary Hospitality Suites are available for late departures upon request.

Transportation

Roundtrip airport transfers for guests. Private charter or daily shuttle, Cold towels and refreshments are provided during the transfer.
