"How was your stay? Let us know."

 Carl Dilley July 2012

We had a great time at Coral Lodge for a remote location food and service were terrific.

The beauty of the surroundings is unmatched anywhere I know of in Panama or Costa Rica.

If you are looking for that idyllic tropical paradise with crystal clear waters and no hustle and bustle this is it.

It is remote so think Blue lagoon on a tropical desert Island not South Beach.

We'll be back again soon !!

"Incredible Place for a Honeymoon"

Great Diving with David, what a place to relax and recover, Thanks to the Team especially the Manager service was very attentive and the Rose Petals a pleasant surprise.

Carmen, and Rob May 2012.

" Laid back sophistication in a remote eco paradise. First class dining that borders on orgasmic and fish so fresh we watched from our Deck as the Chef caught our lobster. Beach combing, snorkeling right off our deck, monkey walks and a cultural visit to an indigenous community.
Our thanks to
Ian, Henry, Carlos and the rest of the staff for a week of bliss."
Rita, Canada. January 2011.

"Overall we loved the place and the way we were treated. We would like to come back."
Manuel Guzman, Puerto Rico. Oct 2010.

"We absolutely loved the seclusion of the resort and the water bungalows. We enjoyed snorkeling right off our patio, and then kayaking over to lunch. The staff was amazing and attentive, with Ian, Valerio and Pedro deserving special thanks for making our trip special."
Tom & TyAnn, USA.

"Simply marvelous! The setting is pristine, the staff warm and friendly and the food was wonderful. I can't recall a more memorable vacation than Coral Lodge."
Zac Chawinga, Costa Rica.

"Really nothing like it anywhere in the Americas.  Loved our water bungalows. The combination of kayaking, diving, horseback riding, fishing, hiking in such a beautiful location was more than we expected."
Dan Gray, Dallas.

OVER WATER OPTIONS

There is something very alluring and quintessentially “honeymoon” about an overwater bungalow. Until recently you would have had to travel to French Polynesia to find one, but these closer-tohome resorts now have overwater rooms, too.

There are few things we can all agree are romantic—one girl’s lace is another’s cotton jersey.
But an overwater bungalow?

PROM TO PLUNGE... Chronicling the journeys of Kate and Rob…

Our three days at the Coral Lodge were equally surreal and pampered. We stayed in one of six thatch-roofed villas that jut out from the mainland over the turquoise waters of a small bay filled with its own spectacular coral reefs. From our back, private balcony we could while away the days in a chaise lounge or hammock, or dive in for a swim or snorkel around the bay.
